TeamWork Live makes it easy for you to restrict what is visible to other team members. The following table shows which users can see items what items:

If you assign an item (such as a milestone or task) to another user, the assigned user will be able to see the item no matter what view/edit permission has been set for the item. For example, clients will be able to view a team-viewable items assigned to them, users will be able to view private items assigned to them, etc.

Company and team administrators can view, edit, and delete all project items even if the items are view only.

Clients have the same edit permissions as team members. If team members are allowed to edit an item and the item is client-viewable, the client will also be able to edit the item.
